CUSTOMIZED CFR-TP LAMINATE SHEETS FOR MOLDING

Exceptionally strong, thermal / chemical resistant sheets customized to desired ply, fiber-angle and size to enable cost-effective, eco-friendly composite parts suited for compression and injection in molding processes.

Quasi-Isotropic or custom fiber orientation layups are available to meet the structural requirements of various applications which require high strength combined with low weight and material thickness.  Each ECO-Sheet™ is fully consolidated using a wide variety of available thermoplastic polymers enabling flexibility in component design.

02/03 - SPECIFICATIONS

Standard panels are uni-directional continuous fiber-reinforced carbon fiber or fiberglass thermoplastics. Custom panels of blended carbon and glass fibers available.
